The ultimate birth preparation! You and your significant other will become educated & prepared for birth. You will encounter the four pillars of BIRTHFIT, which include fitness, nutrition, mindset and connection. You’ll learn and begin to practice functional mobility, natural movement and breath work. You’ll discover your own birth desires and design your personal “Queen in Training” postpartum plan. Leave the class feeling informed, prepared and empowered! 💚
-Weekend intensive: 12 hours of class over 2 days. 9am-4pm Saturday & Sunday with 1 hour lunch break each day.
